The hotel rooms are great. Very well equipped and clean, too. They have a safe, which is fixed to the wall, which helps with feeling secure. The location is also very good - around a 10-15 minute walk from Walking Street, or a few minutes on a songthao. It's also a walk along the beach, which is great. The pool overlooking the skyline is beautiful, and the food at the poolside is also very nice. Breakfast is also very good, with a personal favourite being the American pancakes and French toast with syrup. It is good that it is served until 11am, too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to other travellers.

Location, staff, breakfast, rooftop pool and view. When I talked to staff at the reception about slow internet connection in our room, the staff took action quickly. The technician installed a new router/amplifier to fix the problem. The problem was resolved within 30 minutes. I appreciate that.

Every thing from checking in and out went great. Clean hotel. Staff friendly and helpful Breakfast was plenty of different food and fresh. Pool top Bar and pool and the view was wonderful. Room was clean and 2 bottles of water daily. Cleaning of room was great. Was a few minutes from the beach. Restaurant was across the road with great food.

Just a step from the beach, bar and mini mart, walk 5 mnt to Hard Rock, 10 mnt to Pattaya Walking Street, big room and smiley staff, breakfast taste so good, theres an ATM outside the lobi, great hotel

Very good accommodation, clean and tidy. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very close to the beach (50) metres and all bars and entertainment venues. I have stayed in Pattaya and this is the best hotel that I have stayed at. Can recommend this hotel very highly.

It was everything it said it would be. The rooms were very comfortable and quite spacious. Mine was in B Wing and was very big but a view of an old building next door. My wife and daughter were in A Wing on the second floor right next to the noisy bars, but the noise was minimal and the view was better. No baths but reasonable showers, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included. It was fine rather than spectacular. Location is great, right next to Beach Road and Central Mall. And easy to access other parts of town. You can walk almost anywhere.

Upon arrival, concierge welcome us with a big smile. Staff friendly especially the bellmen (forgot his name) he is super proactive. We know that at times we may have problems communicating but he is the best. He knows what we guest needs upon arrival n I dun have to give instructions or making any request. He showed us to our room and explain the needful. Yes this is a budget hotel but their service exceed our expectation. Toilet and room very clean (I stayed at cityview room). Will definitely come back again.

This hotel was amazing the staff are amazing the security guy was the best and always had a smile and loved to joke around. The location was perfect breakfast was good rooftop pool was great as was the tables and chairs to enjoy some sun aswell as a feed while sunbathing or swimming. I couldn't fault this place . Totally recommended this place for for service quality and great value
